PRUventor Heel Protector Overveiw
The PRUventor Heel-Offloading Boot reduces the amount of pressure on the foot to help prevent heel ulcers. To keep the foot securely in place, it’s designed with an anti-rotation wedge to prevent any unwanted movement. Inside the PRUventor Boots is a pressure-absorbing filling that creates a liquid-like consistency to prevent pressure from impacting the foot. The lower leg straps provide an adjustable and customizable fit, ensuring that the boot stays in place. The bilateral straps on the bottom of the boot keep the foot in a neutral position. The open heel design works to prevent pressure injuries and heel ulcers. The PRUventor Heel Protector Boot is made with Silbac antimicrobial technology and stain-resistant material that makes spot cleaning easy. The PRUventor boot can be worn with sequential and intermittent compression devices (SCD/ICD), with additional exits on both sides of the boot in the x-large size. The Universal boot comes with extra straps to provide additional security around the lower leg.
