How to Apply the Non Sterile Stockinette?
- Apply stockinette and cast padding.
- Remove the roll from the foil pouch while wearing standard examination gloves. Working time is controlled by the amount of water.
- Apply in a spiral motion, overlapping by half to two-thirds on each turn.
- Mold to aid lamination, comfort, and cast strength. The cast is weight-bearing in 20 minutes.
- Maximum working time: Apply dry gloves initially and then wet for smoothing and molding.
- Shorter working time: Dip and squeeze in room temperature water before application.
