How to Use Hely & Weber Double Back LSO System
- Stand in a comfortable position, and loosen all the straps in the back and front
- Center the brace on the spine with the back panel on your lower back and front panel on your abdomen
- Fasten the front strap ensuring a comfortable and snug fit and adjust the compression level according to your preference
- Pull on the dual side pulls to fasten the back brace and adjust the straps accordingly to provide proper support
- Once the brace is properly secured, make sure that it is not too tight and does not cause discomfort
- Lastly, at the end of the day undo all the straps and gently remove the brace
