Opening and Closing
- Open and close by moving the handle located on the lower half of the Sidestepper
- In the open position, the handle should be horizontal and rest on the lower cross-brace
- In the closed position, the handle should be vertical, and the two halves of the frame should be folded against each other
- Be sure that the handle is in contact with the lower cross brace before using
Height Adjustment
- Adjust the Sidestepper so that when the arm is extended, the handle is at wrist height
- Depress the spring button and slide the leg up or down
- Engage the spring button into the hole that provides the correct height
- Repeat for each leg, making sure Sidestepper sits level
