Window Alarm Features

Instructions To Use
Important:
- Install 9-volt battery. The battery compartment is on the back of the alarm unit
- Separate the velcro loop material strip from the back of the alarm unit. Peel the backing off velcro strip and attach it to the window frame
- Attach the alarm to the window frame by pressing the hook material on the alarm against the loop material on the window frame
- Separate the velcro strips attached to the magnet pull-cord. Peel the backing off the loop material and attach it to the windowpane. Press the hook material on the pull-cord to the loop material on the window
- Move the alarm switch to the HI or Low position. The alarm is now activated. The alarm is deactivated by moving the switch to the OFF (center) position
- Test the Window Alarm before each use. Move the switch to the HI position and remove the magnet. If the alarm is weak or fails to sound, remove the battery and replace it with a fresh one. Retest. If the alarm still fails to sounds, discontinue use.
Warning
The Window Alarm is not intended for use on fire and emergency exit windows.
